Can someone tell me what the key combination to save both the radar contact and FS2002 state is. I see in the key list that it is shift+ ctl+ (some character that I do not reconize.) I used to use shift+;but that no longer works.

Reset the key in key assignments. It should be CTRL-SHIFT-; (semi-colon), but got changed to a non-existant key. You can set it to anything you like.
