Hi John Just received version 3 cd and tried to install it, I have tried the way in the manual but all I get is E: with the cd in is not responding. I have WinXP Home edition, when I double click on the rcv30 I just get not responding, can you or anyone else please advise.Ken Law

Is there any kind of error message? Once you click on the RCv3.exe file it takes a couple of minutes before you see any activity. If you have the disk space try copying the CD to your hard drive and install from there.If none of these ideas work send me a message [email protected] along with your mailing address and I will send you another copy.
