No reg code???

I used the software to get my reg code last week about Wednesday after I received the program and installed.I haven't received any email. I have email Customer Support (yesterday) and haven't heard anything, which is understandable since it is the weekend.I though maybe someone would see this post and be able to assist.Thanks,

Hi Ken,I don't understand why your not getting my emails? Your key: BAFILFJEKHDCNIHQHCFGDPEDIPGFHFCM Please make sure you look at our FAQ http://www.jdtllc.com/faqs.htm and download the required files for the RCv3.1 upgrade.

Hmmm, I don't know why either...I am getting other emails, and I got emails from you before.Anyway thanks for the key!
