The PC that I run fs9 from has not got internet access, I transfer all add-ons etc from my notebook, which has internet. Do I have to be connected to the internet to recieve my key or can I request it through my notebook, thanks.Keith Sandford

No you can request a new key from any PC. Just make sure the Product ID code is correct before sending your request.
