I have just installed a new motherboard and tried to re-install RC. The above message displayed and the installer quit.I then downloaded RC(latest update) again. I tried to install again, but still getting runtime error!Any help please?Howie

To install RCv3 from scratch you must run the file rcv30.exe on your Radar Contact CD. Next download all the RCv31 upgrade files listed in our FAQ http://www.jdtllc.com/faqs.htm (question 1). Unzip the rcv31.zip file to a temp folder and install from there.
