Startin RC in Mid-Flight

Featured Replies

Hi there. I just purchased RC4 and I look forward to receiving it. I was wondering if RC can be started in mid-flight. Thank you.Gianluca

In order to start in mid flight you must first have used RC to get to that spot and then saved the flight. This is because Rc needs to know your flightplan, position and at what stage you are at within the flight, the MS files do not contain all the necessary information. In brief:Yes if you have saved the appropriate RC datafile, but no if you mean a 'virgin' flight.Best WishesAshley Sear(G4MGD-Licensed since 1981)http://www.jdtllc.com/images/rcv4bannebeta.jpg

Many thanks for the quick response. I appreciate it.Gianluca
