How long does it take to get that license key emailed to you after you install the program and send out that email with your Product ID. This is ridiculous. $45 for a program that cant even be downloaded and now pushing 6 hours on the registration key to use it. (sorry if cranky guys - had my wisdom teeth all out yesterday). I'm sure it's a wonderful program but would just love to actually USE it! lol

Hi David,I'm sorry you are not happy with our response time. We do not run a 24 hour operation and our key generation system is not automated. In the manual we state your key will be issuied within 12 hours. We thank you for your patience.

Hi Mr. Thompson Shortly after sending the email I read that in the manual. My apologies for being impatient, as I simply assumed it was an automated process. Also, just had my wisdom teeth dug out yesterday so I'm likely a bit more cranky than i otherwise would be.
