I'm sorry you are not receiving our replies to your key requests. We have received only 2 requests from you in the last few days and responded promptly to each of them.By chance are you running some sort of anti-spam software which may have tagged our JDTLLC domain name as a spammer. A lot of our customers are finding email from us in their SPAM folder. Please make sure our replies have not ended up in your spam folder by mistake.To test this theory I have responded to your last key request with my alternate business account email address.
