If you want to hear RC4 ATC out of your head set and FS9 out of your sound card it can be done. Or even easier with FSX too.....just boot up FSX with normal sound output, then change your output in your soundcard to headset, then bootup RC......then the RC sound will come through your headset.But change it back to normal speaker ouput before you boot up FSX next time...and repeat.
