FS2002- Spot Plane View

Hi there,I am waiting for the AETI yoke just in two days time and in a recent review I noted that this does not have the HAT switch to move around when in spot view or when in the virtual cocpit view. When I removed the hat switch option from my current joystick, I have found that in spot plane view you cannot change the height of the view just by the numpad keys - infact each time you move around the plane the altitude is reset to 0 feet which many times gives awkward views of the aircraft being flown.So in view of the fact that the new system does not have the hat switch - does anyone know if there is any other way to change the height in spot plane view when turning around the aircraft without having each time to go through the FS options and input the height of the view each time manually.Any help is appreciated.Regards,Emann.
