I would appreciate hearing from someone who uses RC and FDC together, what things do you disable on either product that compete for your ears while flying.Thanks

Hi,Can you elaborate a little ? What do you actually want, or not want ?I am currently setting up a wideFS system with FDC, Radar Contact and Active Sky and FSCommander all on the client PC.When I ran FDC and RC on the same PC I had RC coming thrugh my headset but the FDC audio coming through the main speakers.There is an app that is free (I forget the name of for now) that allows you to assign different programs to different sound sources or you can simply trick the programs into playing audio through your preferred routes - although it is a little messy.

I am not realy sure what I want just yet. I do think that I will change my RC co-pilot to a voice that sound closer to that of the FDC co-pilot. It is weird to have one co-pilot voice answering radios and a different voice calling flaps and the like. Since FDC doesn't have any chatter I will leave all of that to RC. What I like most is the cabin announcements, not a crital piece but fun.
