For me it is the DC-6 closely followed by 744. No interest in 777

Hi,
this light can be switched by a switch on the overhead panel..approximately at the middle.
-
You actually want the throttle to be at idle while flaring. Because of this you shouldn´t have AT on.
-
Ok, enough with the flamewar. I wasn´t asking about EULA. I know about the problem, but for me this basically means no support and that I can´t use it for training. I don´t want either. I only wanted to know how it works.
-
Thanks, I will try their forum too. I asked here because the question was airplane specific.
-
One more question, does P3D have the FPS mouse issue? By the way, I don´t mind if they change the EULA, I will simply run the highest version which will be not restricted.
-
This licence is exactly what I am looking for, but I don´t want to risk some problems, so I need feedback.

Thanks Bryan, pleased to hear that. I didn´t have time to fire up FS2CREW yet, but will try this weekend (FSX so far)FS2Crew NGX SP1 (to be release in a day or two) should make FS2Crew NGX compatible with Prepar 3D.But I haven't tested it yet, but it should work okay. -
Hi,Is there anyone who has this combination working on P3D? If yes, is the installation a standard process or do you need to fiddle with it a lot to get it working? Thanks

If you do not alter your configuration, the best gradient is always achieved with lower flap setting. Only the required airspeed is then higher (increasing lift and decreasing AOA, thus reducing drag even more). The problem is acceleration, because this reduces your overall gradient. So it is the best to stay on take-off flaps until clear of the obstacles/required gradient.Beware lower flap settings (e.g. Flap 5 vs. 15) giving better climb - not necessarily! You have reduced lift for a start. Check the charts. -
Hi once again,I don´t see why you couldn´t use the go-around table at PD.12.6 of FCOM 1. It says gradients in % with one engine inoperative and flaps 15. Whenever you have flaps 15 or less, you will have the same or higher gradient and you will suffice the requirement. This may be not legal IRL (honestly, I don´t know) but it is safe.Jan

Hi, the gradient is higher for flaps 5 than for flaps 15, because you have less drag, so theoretically you may use the table.

The connie is also my favorite oldie. Do the version without radar and there will be no problem with its nonexistance :-D at last

Hi, in SLI, if you have two 2GB cards, it counts as 2GB.
-
Back to the original question, there is no problem for any recent graphics card to display anything up to 2560x1440 on one display. On more displays even more is possible. So you basically need new display in order to achieve higher resolution.

I have one question. Do you have service based failures on? I didn´t try, but if you have failures completely off, it may be ok that engine failure doesn´t occur.
-
I think Ryan is talking about GTX480 in FSX, but generally they are approximately the same power. If the ivy-bridge will bring similar results as sandy-bridge, it should be capable of more overclock with approximately the same heat, but this is just a speculation..we will see.
-
The GTX 480 is basically as powerfull as GTX570+- , so you don´t need to upgrade that

Hi,Ihad this issue with other aircraft and deleting fsx.cfg and allowing to rebuild it solved my problem. I also had to do the tweaks (mainly *******) from scratch. Hope this helps.
-
Glad to hear that. Is there some kind of special application?
-
Hi,maybe you may try to set the cfg as you wish and then set it as "read only"
-
I would also like to know if something like that is possible on android tablet. It provides possibilities for future (maybe the transformer)
-
Hi,how are your failures set? If you have service based or random failures on, it can be also malfunctioning autopilot (for example because of excessive force on yoke while AP on during previous flight)
