Super excited to add this to my hanger I've been waiting patiently since 2014 also.  

Just got a reply from them that a patch is imminent. At least they are working on some improvements. 

Good to hear, is anyone else having a problem with the anti-col button, it does not allow me to turn off the beacon or strobes.

Are you running FSX, FSX:SE or P3d?

 

I ask because I'm running FSX (definitely installed the FSX version) and can't seem to find the aircraft in the aircraft list. After install, when the config utility ran, an error message appeared saying it couldn't find dll.xml....and asking if I'd like it to create one.  I found this quite strange so I backed up the existing dll.xml before clicking yes.

 

After that, couldn't find the 7x in the aircraft list.....found that the install had created a new dll.xml under a Prepar3d folder structure.

 

Currently playing with it to see if I can get the aircraft to work.

 

 

On the other hand, after reading some of the documentation....it appears they did put some work into the avionics and systems. I'll reserve further comment until I see it in action.

I'd try a reinstall, but first check to see if it's in your sim objects folder. I also bought it, going to give it a few more hours of testing.

My Goflight yoke  arrived 2 weeks ago and after 2 weeks of flying I've gotten used to it. Its a fantastic yoke and I like the metal feel , if you are okay with parting with that much money I say go for it. If not the satiek yoke is great I've had mine for just over 7 years. It still works great I just wanted an upgrade.  

Looks great, gonna have to fire up X-Plane again.

If ASN is using real world weather data, why is it that precipitation shows up like a checkerboard rather than real cells? Doesn't look like a real storm system at all rather a completely fabricated one.

Looks like he might be using opus. Although I may be wrong. Great shots can't wait to fly this route.

Yeah for $5, I went ahead and bought it. 

Whenever I had my FSX installed under Program Files (x86). I was also getting non-stop CTD. Not until I installed it under C:\Flightsim, for example. I just made a folder outside of Program Files (x86) and called it Flightsim, and then installed FSX in that folder.

Did you by any chance uninstall the add-on manager, or any FSDT scenery's?

Are you using the FMC, or is it turned on? When I imported at plan, and If said plan had altitude restraints, the aircraft would follow those. Also if I had specified a cruise altitude in the flightplan of lets say, FL350 I would have to go to the FMC and change the altitude to climb higher.

Before I had the GTN 750, I also had this problem.

Sorry to come late to the party.... can someone point me to where Carenado said they'll add GTN integration?  Did they make any mention of the RealityXP units?

They haven't yet announced anything, but thanks to Bert we can use it in place of the MFD. Some people have sent a support ticket requesting compatibility.

Looks like the website is still overloaded. 

I see Just Flight have revampt their website, making it much harder to get through to a 'real person' for support.

 

Anyone else had trouble installing the Majestic Q400 from Just Flight?  For the last two days, all I get is 'Cannot Connect to Server'!

Yeah I agree with Kyle. I had the same problem when it was first released and sent an email to majestics support. 

As far as I know QW isn't compatible with steam.

I'd look at the CH Products Eclipse, I assume you could use the pedals as a rudder axis.
