Solutions

  1. strude11's post in Annoying Engine Spool Up was marked as the answer   
    SOLVED Spent time trawling thro sound files in fsx and found ts_turbo.wav. Shut it down by renaming it. Now no more annoying spooling. Voxatc was using this file in a macro of sound files when on the ground.
