Thanks Martin
Looks like I have a lot of homework to do. What is your opinion on Thermaltake Water Extrme 2.0 cooling ?

I need advice on o/c and de-lidding.
i7-3770k, Asus p8z77-v deluxe, corsair 4x8gb 1600, corsair 1200i, integrated intel graphics 4000 on-board ( may buy gtx 690 or something lower or what is next after 690 ? ), hts with fan block that came with cpu.
I am new to o/c. The Manual Mode tab for AsuS TurboV EVO powered by TPU is full of different figures and don't know where to start. The other tab is Auto Tuning GPU Boost. I have no water cooling; is Thermaltake Water Extreme 2.0 a good liquid cooling block ? Is it better to do de-lidding of cpu using Coollaboratory Liquid Pro ? What exactly does full and idle load mean ? Sorry if it sounds silly. Can on-board intel graphics 4000 be o/c ?
Please help advise/comment or provide information re. my topic. It will be appreciated. Thank you.

First I need to install a water cooling block then o/c. The links provided have given me quite a bit of info so thx.
I will use their built in oc wizard once I learn how to do it safe. I mentioned to my local pc engineer that the PC Case manufacturers should now concentrate on making their cases just like mini fridges. It would be cheaper than buying a pre-built or a custom cooling system. Fridges are lot cheaper and temperatures can be regulated to around 0 degrees centigrade. A brave pioneer will make millions on this invention.
