  1. It's best to start new threads instead of reviving an old thread for your own, individual issue.

     

    PMDG doesn't do support via email. Support is done through support.precisionmanuals.com. Where did you get the idea that you should email them, just out of curiosity?

     

    The correct procedure:

    1. Purchase the product (extended download)
    2. Go to support.precisionmanuals.com and open a ticket for extended download

    The product will be delivered to your email within 24 hours (usually shorter, as PMDG has people working support in multiple time zones).

    I did open a ticket for extended download and I am waiting the link.  


  2. It's not measured in hours but days. Could be today, tomorrow, or the next day. It depends on how busy PMDG is right now. The last time I purchased an extended download was for the NGX several months ago. Purchased on Friday and got the link Monday but the weekend was in there.
