Solutions

  1. TheFish's post in Q400 Not aligning after loading was marked as the answer   
    Turns out it was a copy protection of Majestic.
    I just had deleted the simobjects\mjc8q400\ folder and then reinstalled. The correct way is to uninstall using the official uninstaller and then install again.
     
    I hope this helps others that find this entry.
