Solutions

  1. tomekkobialka's post in P3D stops responding after loading 737 was marked as the answer   
    The issue turned out to be that I had Prepar3D installed on an external USB 3.0 hard disk drive. The data transfer between the main internal C:\ drive and the external drive was insufficient to support the 737NGX. The problem vanished when I reinstalled P3D on my C:\ drive.
