I can not found the installer for "Microsoft speech recognizer 8 for Windows (english us)". In my machine, I only have "Microsoft speech recognizer 8 for windows (French - France)"

I found only "Microsoft Speech Platform - Runtime Languages (Version 11)": https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27224
