Am I the only one flying the 3 Carenado planes w/o problems?

My favorite is the PA44, but all 3 fly perfectly including the AP. I just use the parts that work. Don't push on things that cause problems.

They are all very flyable for me IFR and VFR.

And I am sure soon they will be even better.

If hitting your head with a hammer hurts, stop and hit something else...

Some people set their expectations bar sooo low. This isn't even a criticism; I wish I could be like this. Unfortunately, I can't!

  2. Ok after many wasted hours searching for a solution, I have found that the GTN switches on happily in the vanilla Carenado but not when REP is installed. I'm amazed that no-one found that out before.

    [SOLUTION]

The problem lies in the default power source selected in the GTN settings. To make sure the GTN is able to be powered by the avionics master, go to Plugins/Reality XP GTN/GTN 1/Settings/Gauge Options:

Make sure power source is 'Avionics Bus'.

    Bingo. All sorted.

Note you can also set to battery master, which also does what it says on the tin.

  3. Hello all!

I've not had any problem with GTN750 in any other aircraft so presume I am doing something wrong? I see the GTN750 panel perfectly displayed in the 3D cockpit of the Carenado BE58, but it remains obstinately blank. There's a 530 beneath it which comes on (stock?) but blank 750 above.

    I have GTN750 as Master in 1.

    Any obvious issues?

    Cheers
