Saitek & iPad powered instrument Panel?

Recommended Posts

Just designed this simple panel that mounts to the top of the saitek yoke and has space enough for 2 old ipads (glass cockpit style) running airtrack or similar app connected to the sim. What do you think? Would anyone with some this stuff already be mildly interested in one?

Here's the concept:

Here's the prototype (missing some arduino powered buttons):

Tried to keep things simple and cheap. Work in progress.

Really interesting and it's really easy to set apart from sync Airtrack .

I can make these on my own time - do you think there would be a "market" in the $150-$200 range? Panel only - painted of course. Just looking for something to do this Fall 2016 school semester! I'll have an update with the arduino buttons installed soon.

I believe the market is there, but you have also to listen what costumer want before starting this journey.

Post some Idea on mycockpit dot org and see what suggestion people will rise.

Selling only the panel, I don't think will be enough, you should give more argument.
