Hi,

 

I'm trying to minimize the number of services and startup programs I have running when I'm using FSX.  When I eliminate most non-Microsoft apps & services my PMDG planes will not work.  What do I need to have running to get my PMDG products to recognize my ownership?  Thanks.

With any computer built in the last decade, you're not really saving performance and seriously putting functionality at risk. Skip this bit of "optimization" entirely, regardless of what tweaking guide swears is going to help you grab extra frames. This does nothing for you, but as you can see, will end up causing issues when not done properly.
