Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the AVSIM 2013 FANCON. This year's event is being held in conjunction with the Cockpit-Fest USA event and if history repeats itself, thousands will be in attendance. This is the first FANCON for flight simulator and related communities since our last event in 2007 in Seattle which was held following the Microsoft DEVCON. There is a tremendous amount of pent up interest in this event and if you cater to the flight simulation, aviation simulation, provide hardware, or have other commerical interests in this hobby, we suggest you give serious consideration to attending. The cost to exhibit is as low as it has ever been, with additional benefits that will come with your exhibit.

EXHIBITOR DETAILS:

The exhibits will be placed within various location in the Kansas Aviation Museum. These locations will be interspersed between museum exhibits and displays. Typical space allowance will be approximately the length of an 8 foot table. You can bring your own booth or set up a table provided by the venue. Electrical and Internet access will be provided. Exhibitors will be allowed to sell their products during the two days of the FANCON.

What comes with your paid exhibition package:

• A space roughly equivalent to an 8 foot long table

• Two free tickets to the Saturday Night Awards Banquet (a $110 value)
• Two free admissions to the Friday Night Social (a $30 value)
• Ttwo free admissions to the Saturday and Sunday exhibition and cockpit displays

• Listing in our general banners and placards
• Listing as an exhibitor in all of our web articles and news items regarding the FANCON
• Listing in press releases that AVSIM will issue from time to time leading up to the event

The Hotel

The Hotel for the 2013 FANCON is the HOLIDAY INN WICHITA EAST I-35. AVSIM has been able to obtain a special room rate of $77.00 per night plus taxes for the period of the 2013 FANCON. The Holiday Inn is one of the closer hotels to the KAM and provides both the space and the amenities that we all will enjoy. The $77.00 room rate will apply from April 30th through May 7th, which allows for early arrivals and those that want to stick around for a while after the FANCON. AVSIM Management visited the hotel in early December and we were impressed. We are also pretty sure that attendees will enjoy the attached restaurant and bar, as well as the numerous shopping and eating establishments within walking distance of the hotel. It is worth every bit of the $77.00 a night room rate.Your room rate is not included in the exhibition fee below.

Exhibitors Package $750.00

The exhibitor package includes a space with the Museum proper and among the KAM displays and exhibits. Each package includes 2 free tickets to the Saturday Night Awards Banquet and 2 free tickets to the Friday night Social (a $140.00 value). Additional tickets for the events can be purchased below.

Terms and Conditions:

1. We will reserve space for exhibitors up to the end of February 2013.

3. After the 1st of March, Exhibitor locations will be assigned on a first come - first paid basis with accounts that have been fully paid taking priority.

5. All exhibit commitments and payment must be in place no later than the15th of April. Exhibit space and availability cannot be guaranteed after that date.

7. Cancellations and Refunds will be provided up to March 30th, 2013. After that date, all funds will be forefieted.

9. The exhibitor is responsible for all costs for shipping to and from the exhibition.
10.  
11. Shipping arrangements from the exhibtion are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
