Hi Ken,I got the same problem... It seems that's a random problem. Try to delete all temporary internet files (cookies, temp files), then retry.If it does not work, do it again and wait an hour or so...and maybe it will work (it worked for me !)MarcVarlamoff

Ken,Simply waiting for a couple of minutes (like 10-15) and perhaps then reconnecting to the internet will help.

I had a similar experience recently when I purchased th 777. It took a day or so for Robert to reset the download link and I think the sheer volume of download request has just overwhelemed their system. Hopefully we'll all be flying by this evening.Pete

Ken,I had the same problem, got around it by closing all sessions of Internet Explorer and then going back in.
