@PMDG team : Hardware issue for the upcoming 737NG!!!

Featured Replies

@ PMDG :Hi,I just wanted to ask what kind of system specs the 737NG will need. Just asking because I bought a new CPU three months ago and as a student I do not have that much money to purchase a whole new system. Rather I would like to get a CH Yoke and peddals for the almost real feeling which I miss right now with just having a joystick. Right now I am using a resolution of 1280x1024x32 with everything on high except the AUTOGEN option is turned down to minimum. With PIC I get on ground about 30fps, in flight depends which area 50-70fps. Do you already know how hardware demanding your 737NG with all the systems will be?? Maybe you could say if my system specs will be ok for the upcoming product? Just asking in case of the need to save some extra money!! ;-)Athlon Xp 2000+512 DDR PC-266GeForce 3Windows 2000 ProfThank you!Matthias

Matthias-we don't want our software to be too demanding in terms of hardware, so your machine qualifies as being on the "high end".We want something that everyone will find at least "adequate" in terms of frame rates, even if that means turning the quality levers somewhat "down" ;-).Cheers,
