737-700 FMC questions?

Featured Replies

Dear PMDG, As we have seen many views from the up comming product, we have not seen anything dealing with what IMO is the heart of the 737, that is the FMC. Only 2 questions here if possible to answer.1] Will the FMC contain Rounded Legs/DME ARCs like the real FMC {we cannot add DMEs/Rounded Legs, only choose them if they are present for a particular route}.2] If a route approach contains a Procedure Turn, will the FMC's Legs page show this information/fly it etc?Best Wishes, Randy J. Hey Randy, while ago I

Im not compleatly familiar with the NG737 FMC but how is the learning curve compaired with the 767 or 757 FMC's from Boeing. I'm familiar with these and have the FMC manuals but still.....Any body know?MikePolarairways the way to fly.polarairways.comThe independant VA from HOLLANDHUBS in Amsterdam (EHAM), Boston(KBOS) and Singapore (WSSS)

If you know the 757/767 FMC you should not have a problem with the NG.

small differences eh... like the N1 page which is not present on the 757/767...Though indeed the main procedural flows are quite similar.
