Please sort out your download server. I have had 2 downloads dropped so far and now the server is not responding at all.Surely you should have expected this sort of a response on release day, what with all the hype you have generated for this product?You should have had sufficient server capacity and bandwidth in place to cope.I have been trying to download this for over 2 hours now, no-one has answered the emails I have sent, and I still cannot use the product.Jonathan

The support e-mails are currently being answered.Our server has adequate capacity but during initial rush times, any server can experience some trouble... it happens to the biggest FS companies...We really appreciate your patience.Cheers!
