Can't get speed hold to work

Featured Replies

Took this great bird out for a test flight after downloading it and I can't get the speed hold mode to work. I basically just took off without initializing the FMC or anything and when I'm flying I turn on the autopilot and get heading hold mode working. Then I when I attempt to arm the autothrottle the switch goes up then back down automatically. The little green box on the PFD shows up with nothing in it. Then when I push the speed hold button it doesn't hold my speed. Any ideas on what is happening? Thanks.SystemDual PIII 833MhzGeForce 2 Ti512 RAMWin 2000 Pro

yes, an idea :The AT depends on the GENS on (specifically the left one I think). It will not work if GENs are off.Check your overhead panel.Did this solve your problem ?anthonyAnthony MertonPrecision Manuals Developmenthttp://www.precisionmanuals.com

First thing you need to do is sign you name to your post for any help on this forum sir ;). This 737 is a complex aircraft, that being the case, you cannot just jump in without checking basic items like the GENERATORS. I suggest a good checklist which you can follow to a T. Then you will find one incredible AP, in fact I will say the best ever made for FS! [h5]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smith[/h5][h6]The Next Great one?
