Mark,Try the engine failure at V1 and see what happens.

i can confirm that a TR2 failure and a Left front window heat overheat do not work...(no indication whatsoever)will try the engine fail at V1 ;)

engine failure does work allright... okay, i need some new brakes and pants ;)

Failures dont work for me either except for the engine failures at V1/2Alex
