July 1, 200322 yr I know how you feel!I for one give up! Been up since 3am trying to figure out how come I can download the main file but can't get the 3 zip files to do anything but give me an error message when I try to open them. I'm sick of sending email's to support with no reply. I have read any and everything in the forum that might give me an answer to my question with no result's. I think after being up almost 16 straight hour's and still no plane a refund is in order!!!!!!!!Angel
