After registration problem

Hi!I've downloaded all three files, purchased, got the download link, downloaded the setup file, and installed the aircraft. Sent the mail with all the numbers included to the e-mail adress. All of this WITHOUT one single problem :) Very good. Tried the airplane yesterday and today BEFORE I got the e-mail with the final serial number all screens were black with a green line in the middle saying it is a unregistered demo version. This is not supposed to happen, so I've heard, so I deleted it, and installed it again, flawlessly, ending up with the same screens. So I waited for the mail, and today I got it, one day after the purchase, very nice indeed! Bravo for the fast service, I know you've had a lot to do these days!I implemented the serial number in the empty field within FS and it said that I was a PMDG customer and that the product had been registered sucsessfully. YET, all the screens were as black as they could be with the green line. I rebooted my computer, the same thing happens. What else can I do?------------Fredrik Wold >:-) (Vikings from north)

Fedrik,this should not have happened. Deleting and reinstalling might have caused this, but I'm not sure.I'll check on this with Lefteris for you and let you know how to fix it. I appreciate your patience.Cheers!

Hey, that is fast service, thanks!I'll be patience, but let me add that the flightdisplays were black and green already at the first installatin. That is the only problem I've had so far.I'll bet that there is a solution out there :)------------Fredrik Wold >:-) (Vikings from north)

Fredrik-email me privately please? I want you to check if you can still go into the "Register" menu to get a license key, or whether our security is reporting that you have a registered version.Also- please try to uninstall (temporarily!) all other add-ons you have installed, one-by-one, to see if there are any clashes with them.Thanks!
