July 3, 200322 yr Hello,I have looked for a "cold and dark" button or setting in the PMGD menu, with no success. Is there one model yet?If no, is is under schedule? If not, I guess saving a flight with the panel in that situation will do the trick.Cpt Cyrille de Lattrewww.corporateaviationservices.comP IV 2.4 GHZ/1.5 GHZ SDRAM/ATI RADEON 9700 128 MEG/
July 3, 200322 yr You stole my thunder!!! I was just about to post the same question until I read yours :) I don't like to compare products but is there a switch similar to one on the DF737 which allows you to start with a "cold & dark cockpit, or do you have to manually shut everything down and save the situation to a file?? I really enjoy going through all the checklist steps as I think it adds to the realism, particularly with add-ons like the PMDG 737NG.Thanks,Phil
July 3, 200322 yr Start with a Cessna, turn the engine off, avionics on, save the flight as DEFAULT FLIGHT.From now, all aircraft will have a cold & dark cockpit.FlorisEdit: You can do the same with the PMDG and make that your default flight
July 3, 200322 yr Floris:Thanks for the quick response... Why do you need to leave the avionics on?? If I do as you suggested with the Cessna, will the Master Battery be off on the 737NG??Phil
