Hello Team,I haven't received my license key so far but have to reinstall the system due to a serious OS issue.Do you want me to wait before reinstalling the system until the license arrives to be able tocreate a transfer key or do you replace the license based on the purchase receipt ??To wait until the license arrives would mean to not be able to use my system until the key comes. :-( :-(Regards, Jens

Jens-we're getting up to speed with the license keys. I would recommend you send a new request AFTER you have reinstalled your system, with a note in the email subject stating "ATTN: SYSTEM CRASH", so we can notice.Thanks
