July 16, 200322 yr I was wondering if it was OK for me to test out the 737 for 10 days. My friend has a copy and I would love to try it, he lent me the installer files. Rest assured, I will probably purchase it at the end of the month, lol.Is this OK or definetly not? I saw this post saying that it might be possible... is it still? When I buy it will it just overwrite the old files?EDIT = Just trying to follow the rules and not get in trouble, he-he.http://forums.avsim.com/dcboard.php?az=sho...id=4864&page=37Thanks for info,Zach
July 16, 200322 yr A demo mode would have been a great idea for people that dont know how well it will run on their computer.Ryan
July 16, 200322 yr Commercial Member OK-since I was the one who gave everyone the wrong impression on this, let me be the one to reply, until we can get a more definitive answer from our legal dept. We've been advised by legal that suggesting that people share their installation files and running for 10 days creates a whole lot of issues and legal technicalities that we wouldn't be able to cover for. As such, we no longer condone such activities. In terms of having to reinstall when you buy, if you had installed it already... no, you wouldn't have to. All you'd have to do is send us email with your purchase order # and your registration code... that way, you'd get an unlocking license key. Lefteris Kalamaras - Founder www.flightsimlabs.com
