EFIS MODE/NAV FREQUENCY DISAGREE...

Featured Replies

When I try to get the ILS freq. to come up so I can do and ILS app. this what I get:EFIS MODE/NAV FREQUENCY DISAGREE. I have tried everything, and I'm sure it's something very simple that I'm missing, but shooting a visual in bad weather just isn't fun...Thank you for your help and thank you for an AWESOME aircraft!-Tim AbbottSWA1027

Tim,You are in APP mode or VOR mode in the EFIS?- Tune a "valid" ILS freq on NAV1 and on NAV2 if you want to autoland- Set the course- Switch to APP mode in the EFIS panelRegards

Charly Diaz Azcue[br /] BAW062 [br /] HC270CH Q8
[/p][/p]
If your in APP mode and it is still happening you probably have the avionics off. If that is the case you could try the default key for the avionics master switch (sorry - don't remember what it is but you can look it up from within FS). If that is the problem it would disappear immediately. If that is the case you would have to make sure your "normal" start up situation does not have it in the off position to avoid in the future.Good luck.Joe LorencPhiladelphia/Charlotte Hub Manager, Carolina Operations, VN7 Networkhttp://www.vn7network.com/
