July 24, 200322 yr Perhaps this was already covered, but I have not managed to find it here. On the PMDG version, the TOGA button is "hidden" underneath a screw on the MCP. This is a rather mysterious way to do it. I assume that in real life the button must be somewhere else? Just curious.Andrew

July 25, 200322 yr "The TOGO button is located on the thorottle quadrant..."Ah, but where are the TOGA buttons, Randy? :-)Andrew... The 2 TOGA buttons are hard to see in a lot of cockpit pictures. They are sort of hidden below (and slightly forward of) the thrust lever "knobs" (the bobbin-shaped white things). Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find/take a pic of them yet. With your hand on the knobs, you should just be able to reach one of these black buttons with your index(?) finger.BTW, don't confuse these with the black buttons at the ends of the thrust lever knobs. These are the A/T disconnect switches.Cheers.Ian.
July 25, 200322 yr Ian, you disappoint me. I was expecting a full 1600x1200 macro image of a single TOGA button. ;-)Lee Hetherington (KBED)

July 25, 200322 yr "I was expecting a full 1600x1200 macro image of a single TOGA"LOL...Actually, I had one, Lee, but there was a biscuit crumb sitting on it... and it didn't look very...er.... professional. For example, I tried to take a nice shot of one of the rudder pedals on a 747-400....http://members.ozemail.com.au/~b744er/Footwell1.JPG... and didn't realize a grape (or was it an olive) had rolled into the footwell.Gee... these pilots are messy eaters! :-)Cheers.Ian.
