August 7, 200322 yr Hi,Call me dopey, or an idiot, or whatever. :-lol Found out there was a newer BIOS for my motherboard and installed it. Forgot to do something. Give ya one guess what it was(unless you're new here). Going to reinstall the PMDG 737. I'm just going to register at the website again. Hope that's ok.Jimmy Richards
August 7, 200322 yr Commercial Member You're kidding, a BIOS update kills the registration?? That's slightly ridiculous if you ask me, I really think this thing should check for a *combination* of hardware changes (like Windows XP does) before invalidating the registration.Ryan Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
August 7, 200322 yr Hi Tabs,Yep, a BIOS update changes something, in the part of the registry that has info about your hardware I imagine. If you take a look at the sticky/pin post titled "737TNG - EASY-STEPS F.A.Q." there's a line in there...I am going to be updating my hardware / motherboard / BIOS / Operating System / reformatting my hard disk. Will I lose my license key?Take a look at it read that section if you want.CheersJimmy Richards
