Lance, I am not sure what went wrong but I don't think you have it installed correctly. I would use the REMOVER TOOL and then install the original base followed by the patch and then try the registration. This is JUST my opinion not PMDGS'...[h5]Best Wishes,Randy J. Let us know if you have better luck.

If it's any use I had the same problem and emailed support.Got the reply 'If the software isn't prompting you for the registration code- then you are okay' so have just left it to see what happens.

Here is the solution:Install the first version, then load the plane, click extend registration etc.Then install the update.Seems on SU1 they broke the menu.
