INTC not working at all?

Featured Replies

On my first two flights with SU1, I'm finding that doing a direct-to with an intercept course, the INTC setting has no effect at all. I just took of from KJKF 22R, flew to the east of the field. The course to MERIT was 045. I LSK'ed MERIT twice, put in 060 for INTC while I was heading 000, and armed LNAV. LNAV immediately engaged and turned toward MERIT on course 045. The map never showed the INTC 060.Is INTC working at all with SU1?Lee Hetherington (KBED)

A follow up: on the way to MERIT, I did a direct to ORW with INT 080 and that seemed to take and draw correctly on the map. However, when I reached the 080 turn point, the aircraft turned about 30 degrees left before correctly turning right. What's with the left turn? There are definitely gremlins lurking in the INTC functionality.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

This is my second leg after flying KBOS-KJFK. I reset the FMC by entering the new origin and destination. I'm getting T/C and T/D on the PROG page of the FMC, but they are not being displayed on the map. After doing the INTC, the map is showing a magenta line from my origin airport (KJFK) to my aircraft. MERIT is gone, but why is this line from KJFK following me as I move to ORW? That doesn't look right.Lee Hetherington (KBED)
