August 12, 200322 yr With the panel flood light off I find the MCP button lights (e.g., VNAV and LNAV) very dim at night. Apparently, they are drawn without IMAGE_USE_BRIGHT, and thus are subject to FS ambient lighting, which isn't appropriate for an LED.I haven't checked if other lit buttons have the same problem.Lee Hetherington (KBED)
August 12, 200322 yr Hummm, I was wondering what was going on with my GREEN light without the panel light on. I don't know about USE_IMAGE_BRIGHT? I can change those and I know from the old 98 days that you can use certain FS colours are not changed by night. Now to search it out ;).[h5]Best Wishes,Randy J. August 12, 200322 yr IMAGE_USE_BRIGHT is used in the C/C++ gauge code. For each element of a gauge, you can turn off brightness, transparency, etc. Each element might be a static bitmap image, sprite, etc.Lee Hetherington (KBED)
