chronometer does NOT pay attention to simulation rate

The chronometer goes the same speed regardless of the simulation rate. The clock correctly pays attention to it.That should be a simple fix.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

Would it be possible to replace the 737 chronometer with the 744 one. The 744s will keep synch with 2x 4x... The 737 doesn't.
