Hi there !Control Wheel Steering Pitch...OK, let's go :CWS is AP mode that will allow the pilot to hand-fly the aircraft and hold its attitude within certain parameters when pressure is released from the yoke.If CMD is on, and the CWS Pitch is active, the AP will acquire MCP altitude and change mode to ALT HOLD. Same logig holds true for CWS Roll and arriving at selected MCP heading...For the time being, we don't really implement CWS, other than announcing it when adequate.
