Landng Lights/2004

Featured Replies

Has anyone noticed missing landing lights in FS9; they are shown in the spot and tower views but they are not visible from the main panel. Everything is visible in FS2002. Thanks, rw

Think you'll find thats a FS9 bug ... certain lights only work at certain times of day ... take a look in the FS forum here for the exact details ... it will be fixed in the FS2006 patch ;)Ray

The landing lights should be visible from the cockpit at the same time they become visible from the outside (i.e. when you can see the light splashes). Make sure you have 'Landing Lights' checked in the display/aircraft options. If they're still not visible, look in the FS9.cfg for the entry SEE_SELF=x. The value should be set to 1 (0=off, 1=on).Cheers,Gosta.http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg

I like your reply Ray!!!!!Cheers

Thanks--the fs9 cfg change fixed it-- rw
