September 28, 200322 yr I yesterday had a major hard drive failure and lost everything, including the e-mail containing my PMDG reg details for getting my reg back.I have just read on the site that I cannot get anything back at all??? I have to pay again??? Is this right?I sincerely hope it isn't the case...Graham
September 28, 200322 yr Hi Graham,I'd just send an e-mail to customer support with the details of what happened, when you purchsed the product, credit card used etc. Also, check your credit card statement.
