...well, almost. I'm going to do some minor fixes (like joining the red lines between the fuse and the tail), but very soon she's going to be ready for delivery to whoever wants this repaint.:-wave GreetingsThomashttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/40177.jpg

Excellent work! I wait for She!Laszlo GulyasBudapest (LHBP), Hungary

Laszlo, if my family gives me some time it's going to be ready by the end of the week.:D By the way, can anyone tell me how to paint the PMDG_Belly_T.psd correctly? I always get a gray something when I merge the layers...:-hmmm Greetings from AustriaThomas

Hi Thomas, can you post or mail me a pic of what's happening please ;)Regards,Bob JonesPrecision Manuals Development [email protected]

Hi Bob,maybe it's a problem with Paint Shop Pro.The first pic is what I get when I merge all layers with the "alpha base" visible, the second pic is after merging with the "alpha base" not visible. I had the same problem with PMDG_Det_3_T.psd.Well, anyway, I have to fix the part where the red lines join above the map, but apart from that, it's finished.RegardsThomas

Thomas,If I can speak for Bob, the alpha layer should not be included in your merge. What you do is make the alpha layer active, copy the alpha layer, deactivate the alpha layer, then paste the copied alpha layer into the alpha layer of the texture. Is that clear? Confusing unless you try it. I use Photoshop and there is a alpha layer that the alphas are pasted into. Bob will probably expain it more clearly.:-spacecraft

OK, thanks.N1791B "Building on Success" is completed.:-jumpy Unless someone tells me something that's completely wrong, as far as I'm concerned, it's finished.I'll see, if I can upload it somewhere...:-hah Greetings from LOWWThomashttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/40556.jpg

Have you had a chance to upload this yet? I've looked here (and elsewhere), and haven't seen it yet...Thanks.Alan

Alan, since I have never uploaded any livery yet, I don't know how to do it correctly. Do I have to make like an installer, should I include the section for the aircraft.cfg, which files shall I include, how and where should I upload it...I don't know...:-hmmm ...if someone can tell me how to do it and if there is enough demand for this livery I will upload it.GreetingsThomas

It seems as though most of the other liveries I've downloaded are just a folder full of the appropriate files with a readme that includes the installation instructions.I think the easiest thing for you to do would be to download one of the many other liveries available on this site and see how they do it. Here's a link to a bunch of liveries in Avsim...http://library.avsim.net/search.php?CatID=...&Go=Change+View

I'll create some instructions and the text for aircraft.cfg and mail it all back to you. It's a beautiful airplane!

>>It's a beautiful airplane!>Thank you, Timothy. I always try to be surrounded by beautyfull things, like my wife, my son,...and now this plane...:D Thanks to you and to the others who offered me help with the upload.I've done it! I've uploaded it on avsim.net. I guess it will take a while untill it's downloadable.Hope you all enjoy.:-beerchug GreetingsThomas

cool nice job

Just two more things (please be patient, it's my first repaint):I just read the following in the readme that comes with the paintkit:"You MUST include reference material in the livery distribution thatidentifies the location from which interested users may obtain theairplane for their enjoyment. (www.precisionmanuals.com)"I hope that PMDG will forgive me but I read that too late. The file is already uploaded. And the second thing is a question from a dummy (me:-) ):What are those small tails on the top and on the bottom of the plane (see red arrows on the picture)? Are those antennas?:-hmmm GreetingsThomashttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/41310.jpg
