FMC program error

Featured Replies

HelloSince today I get a FMC progam error when I try to setup a route. It doesn't make a difference if I load a flight plan or enter a new one from scratch, as soon as I perform an init and want to select the depature data FMC turns blank and displays "program error" in the status line. The same operation worked dozends of times before.I have the current Nav data and SID/STAR information. The only system change I did before it ceased working was installing the ERJ145 panel (incl. fssound.dll) for FS9 from project-erj.com.I tried to reinstall PMDG 737NG (removed it with the tool before), without success. Any ideas? I really start to get some sort of a withdrawl syndrom if I can't fly the 737NG :-([i run FS9, FSUIPC 3.09 on XP. Besides PMDG's 737NG there is just MyTraffic2004 and the ERJ145 from the mentioned source installed.]Kind regards,Nik

Very disturbing is that fact, that once I remove the ERJ145 panel (incl. fssound.dll), FS9 exits immediately when I load the PMDG 737NG (other plance function as usual) - once I copy back the ERJ14 panel files, the 737NG loads again. Where's the connection?Nik

Hum not sure, sounds like you have some installed oddities going on there, ERJ145 has nothing to do with the NG..[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Well... that's what I've been assuming as well (they don't share any common files, to my understanding). But that's the only change I did to my system i.e. FS9 before NG's FMC ceased to function.
