Hi,What brand of sound card is this 'integrated audio AC'97' card? I'm sorry to inform you I have seen a number of people complain of sound problems when using an integrated/onboard sound card. There are a couple of things I can think of that you could try to do to cure the problem.#1 - Make certain you have the latest drivers installed for this integrated sound card.#2 - Click Start --> Run --> (type in) DxDiag --> Click on the 'Sound' Tab --> turn down the 'Hardware Sound Acceleration Level' to medium or all the way down to low.#3 - Get a different sound card such as the Creative Soundblaster Audigy 2 which is a PCI slot based add-in sound card.Regards,Jimmy Richards
