PMDG AI-Airplane

Can`t get the pmdg737600700 to work right as AI-Plane, it crash down on landing, why this,ok taxing and takeoff, but crash down on landing.????

Hi there,I would not recommend using PMDG as AI, as it will have a major impact on performance. You should use low-polygon models like PAI, FSP, AIAardvark etc. However, just in case you do have a 10GHz CPU :), here's how I would do it. The PMDG airfile is designed to be very realistic, and this causes problems with the AI engine. So, I would create a new folder in you 'Aircraft' folder, call it something like 'PMDG AI', and copy only the model (2D cockpit only), texture and sound folders from the PMDG into it - don't copy the panel folder. Then find a good AI FDE from one of the developers that specialise in AI planes, and copy that along with the aircraft.cfg into your new folder. Then compare the contact points from the PMDG and AI aircraft.cfg, and adjust the AI ones to fit the PMDG ones (allowing for possible shifts in reference datum position and/or centre of gravity). Also copy the lights section from PMDG and adjust it for reference datum position only. This should do it, but I wouldn't want to see your fps ;).Cheers,Gosta.http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg
