November 16, 200322 yr Do not be concerned with registration, it is no longer required sir. Can you tell us what version of windows you are running? Windows 98 perhaps?[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smithhttp://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-5/196432/winglets_lg.jpg Randy J Smith
November 16, 200322 yr Author Ok, are you also running fs2002? If not, can you OPEN up your FS9 main DIR and tell me if there is another folder within that says FS9?Thanks...[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smithhttp://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-5/196432/winglets_lg.jpg Randy J Smith
November 16, 200322 yr Author The last option I see for you hare is a re-installation Markus, you seem to have everything correct so I suspect a corrupt install (99% this is case) so please use this remover tool: http://www.precisionmanuals.com/downloads/..._737_REMOVE.EXE Run the original install package followed by this update: http://www.precisionmanuals.com/downloads/...ation_SU1-1.ZIP And please NOTE if you get any installer messages (i.e.- cannot locates file etc). But I will assume this will fix your problem (it has happened before ;) )Cheers,[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smithhttp://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-5/196432/winglets_lg.jpg Randy J Smith
November 16, 200322 yr Thank you Randy for your suggestions - the problem here is, that I removed it 3 times with the tool (I think the other link is the 15MB SU, I also tried), 1 time I did it manually, and 1 time I deleted whole FS9 and reinstalled it (I have only FS9 on my system - I even have a own FS-Partition) - nothing works, the same problem. The installation-File cannot be corrupt, because the installation-routine itself runs fine, without any problems.Perhaps it
November 16, 200322 yr Author Markus, the new FSUIPC does effect the airplane IF you do not enter your FSUIPC registration (the displays will appear blank) but doubt that is your issue. I am trying to think of all the possible issues but it's difficult not sitting in front of it ;(. I see it's installing to the correct DIR (PMDG folder showing in your pic) but the reason it would give those messages is that the SU1-1 did not install (up-date) correctly the files to make it compatible with FS9...... November 16, 200322 yr Author Forgive me for this ignorant question ;), but what do you mean when you say your second installation? Second patch?[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smithhttp://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-5/196432/winglets_lg.jpg Randy J Smith
