Hi David,the RAm seems to be a mismatch, PC3200 would be a more synchronised match for the 800MHz FSB of your CPU. I am just planning on keeping the one I got for nowG force 4 Ti 4200128 MBso far I haven't had any troubles with it.FS9 runs perfectly, well except that it is a little slow...might be cause I have a P 3 450 hrz with only 256 mb ram.....

Very nice setup, but you need to get PC3200 RAM instead...btw, nice catch on the dual channel, it really makes a difference.Mikkel
